Dear Temple Religious School Families,

Reimagining the way that Education can look at The Temple is one of the primary goals of our new Temple President, Shannon Rothschild. She has created a Youth Education Initiative Taskforce to help bring our Religious School program into the 21st Century.

Education Consultant Cheri Ellowitz will help lead the Taskforce in redesigning and implementing new and exciting ways to teach and engage our children. Cheri’s first visit to our Temple campus is coming up, and as part of her introduction to our community, we are inviting all Religious School parents, as well as current and former students, to participate in focus groups to speak openly with her about our experiences, suggestions, areas for improvement, and hopes for the future of our education program.

We invite parents to join a Focus Group on Sunday, August 13, at the Levy Great Hall of the Klein Center at 10:00 am or 12:00 pm, and we encourage you to ask your children to participate in a Focus Group for students at 3:00 pm. Please register below.

The more people that participate, the more Cheri can learn about our Temple community. We hope to see you there!
