Pride Parade
June 15 at Noon

Please join us to celebrate Pride in Louisville at the Kentuckiana Pride Parade. The parade will begin in Nulu and end at the festival on the Big Four Lawn. We will be meeting earlier for a short Shabbat Service with Rabbi Matt. More details to follow so please watch for more information.     Sunday, September 13 – Service of Remembrance

    Get ready for the High Holy Day season with intentional and meaningful learning. In this learning series, Rabbi Matt will guide us through the core themes, rituals, texts, and history of the Hebrew month of Elul, Rosh HaShanah, Shabbat Shuvah, and Yom Kippur. Whether you’re seeking a spiritual reset, a deeper understanding of the holidays, or just a refresher on the liturgy and rituals before services begin, this class is for you. Classes will meet on Thursday, September 3, 10, and 17 at 7:00 pm, and you can join us for one or all three sessions. Also, as part of this class, participants are welcome to attend our Temple Service of Remembrance on Sunday, September 13 at 10:30 am at the cemetery. Before the Service of Remembrance, we will discuss Jewish responses to death and ways to honor memory in our class on September 10. All are welcome – please RSVP at thetemplelouky.org/preparing.
