Welcome back to JLAB at The Temple — where Jewish learning comes alive with creativity, community, and joy! JLAB is a reimagined Religious School experience designed to engage your child through hands-on, interest-driven learning that sparks curiosity and connection.

Each Sunday, students dive into active, experiential learning through art, storytelling, nature exploration, building projects, and more — all while deepening their understanding of Jewish values, beliefs, and traditions. With tracks for Grades K–6 (Art, Nature, Building) and electives for Grades 7–8 (Podcasting, Cooking, Art), every child can find their own path to Jewish joy.

We begin each session with spirited, musical T’filah, a time for families to gather and start the morning in song and reflection. Rabbi David and Rabbi Matt are deeply involved — teaching, guiding, and inspiring every learner along the way.

Through a two-year rotating curriculum, mixed-grade learning, and a focus on friendship and fun (yes, recess included!), JLAB is more than a classroom — it’s a community where Jewish life and learning are celebrated together.
